The U.K. Export Control Organization has issued a new Notice on exporting to Iran. This new notice updates all exporters with additional questions and answers concerning financial sanctions as well as trading with Bank Mellat and the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) following a statement issued by HM Treasury on 12 October 2009.
