It should come as no surprise that Venezuela, and likely Bolivia, are supporting Iran’s nuclear ambitions by exporting uranium to the mullahs. Some areas where we would not want U.S. telecommunications equipment or services sold include Cuba’s tourism sector, any government agency that can be directly linked to human rights abuses, and entities involved with biological weapons research and related capabilities, to name a few. Pelosi Democrats made accountability to the American people a rallying cry of their campaigns. At minimum, a censure may be warranted if it is proven that she lied to the American people during the past week. She has dishonored the institution she leads and potentially blamed others – career civil servants and Congressional staff for her leadership shortcomings.
