Update and related to a prior post today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today announced the designation of one entity and six individuals acting on behalf of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia or FARC, a Colombian narco-terrorist group.
